RecommendedNathan was my service advisor and went to extra effort to deal with my maintenance issues in a most professional manner. He is a real professional! He was excellent in developing measures to diagnose my problem and took time to communicate the progress they were making. Short story is the problem was diagnosed, fixed promptly and I had my truck back before the end of the day. Nathan was just excellent in the way he handled my problems!!!

RecommendedMarcus Haynes is the one to see!!! He did an amazing job making sure we had the perfect truck to match our needs. He was not pushy and even came in to help on his day off. He left the choice to buy a car up to us instead of trying to sell us on stuff we didn’t need. I think that is very rare for a salesman and it was greatly appreciated! Hopefully we keep this truck for years to come but if not we will definitely go back and talk to Marcus next time! Thank you so much for all of your help!

RecommendedIt was a month before we could purchase, but when we were ready we went right to Alex Middleton. She has stayed in touch and checked on us every week, so there was no other choice for us. RecommendedGetting a new 4Runner these days is a process. From the start, JC Toyota stood out as they are the only dealership that did exactly what they said they would, and I talked to a few. After i paid a deposit, my salesman, Van Redstone, kept me updated on status while we waited on arrival, and once it arrived we set an appointment to get in and get the sale completed. It was a painless process. I cannot recommend Van and JC Toyota enough!
