Ziggie and Craig Layfield was so helpful and courteous, it was a pleasure doing business with them at Johnson City Toyota. I would recommend them 100%. The agent was knowledgable, open, and humble in demeanor. There was mo pressure to buy, but what appeared to be honesty and transparency in his style of salesmanship. The other agents were just as helpful as Nathan was. It was a pleasurable experience for me to buy my second Prius since 2007.
