RecommendedOur salesman was Marcus he’s awesome and he will find you what your looking for and while we were waiting to see the finance manager he went clear to the other main building and got us some drinks while we waited ! Ask for Marcus he will do you right and so will the staff at Johnson Toyota ! It was well worth our drive to get truck for my son ! Thnaks Marcus and thanks to the staff at Johnson City Toyota for making his first buy dream come true !

RecommendedI can’t share on the buying process as I bought my 2020 Tundra at Bristol Toyota. Which I will say is a horribly managed dealership. Sales staff and sales managers at Bristol Toyota care nothing about customers and only padding their wallet. Was lucky enough to meet Jody Deskins who has since been removed because of his good will toward customers. I also had a 3 hour oil change there once and they left the oil plug loose.
