RecommendedTJ was great! 10/10 would recommend! There was a little hiccup that occurred after the purchase of the vehicle. However, TJ and management was absolutely amazing in how quick they contacted me and sorted out the issue. TJ picked my vehicle up from my job and is currently bringing it back. RecommendedMarcus and our sales agent were excellent. They made sure we could get the vehicle without paying more than we wanted to pay and also didn’t add thousands in like Honda Kingsport tried doing. We don’t feel our trade was what it should’ve been as we could’ve sold it for 2-3000 more through carvana but we didn’t want to wait any longer.
