RecommendedI can’t share on the buying process as I bought my 2020 Tundra at Bristol Toyota. Which I will say is a horribly managed dealership. Sales staff and sales managers at Bristol Toyota care nothing about customers and only padding their wallet. Was lucky enough to meet Jody Deskins who has since been removed because of his good will toward customers. I also had a 3 hour oil change there once and they left the oil plug loose. RecommendedAs close as you can get to a normal car dealer these days, and that's saying a lot. Ordered a car from out of state for a pickup in state. Everything went smooth and delivered as promised. Jennifer was great to deal with and very helpful.😁

Dusty Stockton got me the vehicle I wanted and needed in a color that I can live with in under one week and we were able to get it all worked out in a timely manner.
