RecommendedMarcus and our sales agent were excellent. They made sure we could get the vehicle without paying more than we wanted to pay and also didn’t add thousands in like Honda Kingsport tried doing. We don’t feel our trade was what it should’ve been as we could’ve sold it for 2-3000 more through carvana but we didn’t want to wait any longer. We appreciate the help we did get as they did up it 2 grand than what was originally offered and this is why this is our third Toyota from you guys.
