I had the best experience at Johnson City Toyota then at any other dealerships. The showroom was inviting and clean. The salesperson, Mr. Jim Landreth, was absolutely fantastic. Before we went to see the car he sent us a video of the car and telling me about some of the features. He was extremely polite and courteous. I am very happy I decided to go to Johnson City Toyota.
