The staff there made me feel very welcome, answered all my questions and really went above and beyond to listen to all my questions and get me in a great car that checked all the boxes. Even went to Kingsport when they didn’t have exactly what I wanted.

"Great buying experience.....until finance" This was the second vehicle we purchased from JC Toyota. Our salesman Travis Mullins was a pleasure ti deal with, as was Kelly Winchell our sales manager. The whole process was smooth with no pressure. The accessories saleman, Mark Arnett was great as well. Then came the finance team. Craig was good to deal with and polite, but an issue arose with proposed extended service plans, mainly me not wanting them. Craig had to go get his finance manager to take them off of the deal.
