"Wonderful place to do business" Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from here in the last year and the last one was my purchase. They treated us like family and gave us the best deal I could ask for! Great service with friendly staff. We will be exclusively using Johnson City Toyota for all of our future purchases! "The new suv experience." Our interest was sparked by the $4,000 off 4th of July sale. We were going to get a pre-owned but the sale on new vehicles made us realize for a little more we could get a new one. The one problem we did encounter was they couldn’t find the keys to the vehicle we wanted which caused a lengthy stay at the dealership. They did find them over an hour later.
"TRD PRO FAN" Great customer service. Fast and convenient service. Friendly staff and sales people. We were only at the dealership for three and a half hours which is the time frame I've ever experienced at a dealership. The financing part was fast as well. The drink bar was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Thank you Aaron Keene and Bill Tolbart. My experience with JC Toyota was great!!
