"Great service - as always!" I have been servicing my car here since I moved down to TN over two years ago. I have since moved further from this location, but continue to bring my car here for services simply because of threat service! Everybody is always friendly and helpful. Plus, they're waiting area is kept up well and is always stocked with drinks and snacks. This place makes servicing your vehicle quick and easy! I will definitely continue to come here, and I would recommend this place to everyone!

"Great Experience" The salesperson, Brian Soto, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He had sold a car previously to my daughter who highly recommended him to me. He made the whole process a good experience! Mr. Weber was excellent as well and the Finance Manager was so helpful and very nice too.
"Brandon Ritter" I was very pleased with Brandon Ritter while receiving service at Toyota of Johnson City. He is a professional who knows how to take care of customers with speedy and exceptional service.i will definitely refer many friends to him!

"Used car purchase " Purchased used car with trade in, after internet search led us to this dealership. Bill Tolbert was a pleasure to work with, very helpful, non pressuring , friendly. The same can be said for Daniel Grasty who helped with our extended warranty.
"Driving through" I needed someone to look at my vehicle. Stopped in, and a young lady by the name of Brittany got my car looked at. There were no problems. Great Service. If in the area again and needed repairs, I would stop.
"Service staff" I have my 2016 Corolla serviced regularly at JC Toyota and the service staff is excellent and very attentive to their customers. Brittany Davis is a great asset and provides top notch customer service with a smile!!!
"New car" Appreciated the sales staff in dealing with us over the phone and via email prior to the sale. Very fast and efficient at selling a new car with a trade in.
