"great salesman very fast and satisfyinf experience" we weren't even in the position to buy a car but we were in Johnson city and decided to stop in and look at cars at the Toyota dealership we looked around and a nice young man named Derek greeted us. he was able to get us financed when we thought that was impossible. thanks to him we now own a 2019 Toyota.
"Service Department A+" I would highly recommend J.C. Toyota’s service department. Their customer service department is highly impressive. I’ve always been greeted with a smile, and the work has been completed in a fast and timely manner. (They understand your time is important too.) I bought my Venza because I needed something that has to last, and so far no major work issues have come up. (Knock on Wood!) The quality of work has been excellent, and will keep coming back.
