Jordan went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of our new home happened. He even meet with us on an real estate issue that had nothing to do with our loan. That alone assured us that he was wiling to do what it took to ensure we we happen. To the tune of us going from paying thousands of dollars in closing cost to receiving thousands back during our purchase. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a loan officer that cares.
Jordan and his team have been excellent so far. I'm near the end, settling in 2 weeks. They call or email me any time I have a question. We are moving @ 1,000 miles and its difficult to coordinate everything but they have helped to make the process less stressful. Thanks for everything.
