Josh and his team (Brandon and Valerie) worked with us on every detail and made the whole process absolutely seamless. I can't say enough great things about them and this whole experience.
From the moment I called Josh for the pre-approval letter (which he got to me within a couple of hours) to the close of the house, this team (Josh Moody) sprinted to get the house closed. This is the second time we've used them and both times have been great experiences. They hand hold you through the process and their customer service is possibly the best I've ever experienced.
