This is our 3rd loan with Josh Moody and his team and we will never use anyone else. With their app... everything is so easy and efficient and we always knew exactly what step in the loan process we were in. And his team was AMAZING! Always super quick to pick up the phone and answer any and all questions we had... super great to work with. Overall the experience was awesome as always!

I wish I'd used Josh Moody and his team from the very beginning!! We started a purchase on a condo at the beach, seemed simple enough until the lender decided 2 weeks after they had us completely out of underwriting to drop us, they said it was the property they couldn't approve.
