What an exciting day as we just closed on our new home! This is the second time we have used Josh and his team. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else! From the first phone call to the last everything was simple! Matt explained everything and answered every question I had. I would consider these guys my friend now not just our mortgage company!! Thank you Josh and Matt!!!

Just closed on our condo, and Josh and his team helped us getting the loan. He is very responsive and on top of everything. The whole process was easy, organized, stress- free and delivered without any issues. Worked with Brandon who was super nice and helpful. They kept me informed all the way, but again it didn't feel a long and hard process. I recommend Josh and his team and will definitely use them again!

Josh and his team are simply amazing. They stay in touch every step of the way - my pre-approval letter was ready to go in a matter of hours and we closed within 30-days of the offer. From the moment I called Josh for the pre-approval letter (which he got to me within a couple of hours) to the close of the house, this team (Josh Moody) sprinted to get the house closed. This is the second time we've used them and both times have been great experiences. They hand hold you through the process and their customer service is possibly the best I've ever experienced.
