Working with Josh and Monica was a great experience! We started with a different lender and right at closing everything went not according to plan. We got in touch with Josh and him and Monica and their team worked fast and diligently and got us to the closing table in 30 days! Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences of your life… right up there with moving and assembling furniture with “easy instructions.” But somehow Josh and Monica made the entire process feel ridiculously easy. Josh and Matt were great to work with. Both of them always either answered my calls or text me and said they’d call me right back (they always called back). Both would answer any questions I had.
