We have used Josh, Brandon and Valerie twice and they do exactly what they say they can do!!!! Everything was easy peasy and done very professionally! They are all hands-on from beginning to after closing! They are always just a call, text or email away. Answers all questions and concerns promptly with details you need and expect from a quality mortgage lender! Just give them a call and them do all the work for you! Best decision we ever made!
We started our process with a national lender and it was a slow drip of more information required. We wound up canceling them and contacting Josh at Synergy. He was able to get it moving fast because the closing date was approaching. Matt Bonfoey took the process through the end and we came in on time with an even better rate.
