I was pretty daunted by the possibility of buying a first home during the pandemic, but Josiah made it very easy and understandable. Communication with him and his team was smooth and efficient, and they helped guide me through the various steps that were necessary. The only slip-up came in the form of a missed deadline, but even then Josiah was extremely apologetic and helped to make things right once we were aware of the problem. Josiah made the process of refinancing my home very smooth and hassle free. In the beginning of the refi he gave me different options on loans so I could make the choice that was best for me.
