Josiah was amazing to work with! We had some issues getting through to our HOA and he stuck by our side the whole time. He even negotiated for us to only pay half of our rate lock extension because none of it was our fault, and all due to our HOAs lack of response. We would 100% work with Josiah again! He is one of the most knowledgeable, and personable lenders we have ever worked with.
