The whole process was very smooth and ended up closing pretty quick, first time home buyer question were answered in a timely manner and was very supportive throughout the whole process.

He went above and beyond to get us a special grant to help pay for our closing costs. He communicated clearly and timely throughout the whole deal. I would definitely work with him again, My wife and I felt like we mattered and were not just another transaction.

So, I shopped around for my lending agency. I used my VA home loan. I was convinced that I would use a company out of Oregon. But I continued to speak with Josiah. Josiah, gave great customer service, not only that but, North Pacific Mortgage gave me a better deal in buying down my loan than the other company. I was quoted 3200 from the Oregon company and 1400 from North Pacific on the same day. During this time interest rates were fluctuating and the price seemed to go up. I worked with Josiah on my home loan and it was a pretty easy process! He made sure instructions were always clear, and as a first time home buyer, he was really patient with me when I had a million questions. He happily put together quote after quote for me every time I changed my mind and the quotes were always pretty quick to arrive in my email. Knowledgeable, kind, and patient are three words I would use to describe my experience working with Josiah. Buying a home can be stressful, but Josiah was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. As a new homeowner, I was not sure what to expect, but Josiah walked me through step by step. Josiah was professional and very helpful throughout our entire loan process. We had a unique situation that required a construction loan and Josiah was really accommodating through this difficult process. Josiah is extremely personable and made our loan process less intimidating. He was always available for questions and I would recommend him to anybody who wants someone who is dedicated to them and who is looking out for your best interest at all times.

My recent loan approval process was timely and easy. Josiah worked with me on the terms and conditions, he was fleible on the rates and fees and took the time to explain in detail any concrens I had. I completed my purchase whith ease while out of state.
