Clean, modern community with a nice layout. The common areas are well maintained, and the outdoor spaces are a plus. It's generally calm and not overly crowded, which makes it comfortable to live here. Overall, a good experience! Very convenient having a shopping center right outside the front door. Easy access to food, coffee, and everyday errands without needing to drive. The location makes day-to-day life much simpler and more enjoyable.
We at Joule are so fortunate to have our staff make us feel more like family than tenants. Hillary, Deanna, Sandra and Nef, the holiday get together was fun and a great way to spend Friday evening. Hillary, you are a pro party planner. What a beautiful spread you prepared for us. Not to mention delicious. Thank you for making us feel more like family than tenants. We are blessed to have you, Dee, Sandra and Nef. Feliz Navidad!!!

How fortunate I am to be living at the Joule. Last week I had two maintenance problems. If I were still living at my former home it would have been weeks to have situation addressed. Bless you Nef and Alberto for taking care of the problem within hours. My husband was an absolute sweetheart, but handy? Not so much. I know he would be happy that I'm here and have people who care and see that my needs are met. I love living at Joule La Floresta. Hillary, Deanna and Sandra are always thinking of fun ways to introduce the residents to each other. It's more like having your extended family living in close proximity. We have so much fun without having the prep work and cleanup.

I've been living at this place for about almost 3 years now from the many places I lived in Orange County. This is one of the best place I lived in. The maintenance is great and the ladies in the office Hilary and Deana and Sandra are great.

Beautiful building! The apartments are bright and airy, tall ceilings, master bedroom is huge with a big walk-in closet. Well maintained amenities (pool, rooftop lounge with a great view, clubhouse, gym, etc), also love that they have a dog spa, super convenient. The building is really quiet and peaceful, everything always looks and smells clean. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat I honestly don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I've been living here for 2+ years and can validate that my experience has been nothing short of great I have a feeling people having issues with this complex and management may be people who aren't good neighbors, lack self awareness, or don't know how to resolve issues First off management is always doing their best to create a community.
