How fortunate I am to be living at the Joule. Last week I had two maintenance problems. If I were still living at my former home it would have been weeks to have situation addressed. Bless you Nef and Alberto for taking care of the problem within hours. My husband was an absolute sweetheart, but handy? Not so much. I know he would be happy that I'm here and have people who care and see that my needs are met. I love living at Joule La Floresta. Hillary, Deanna and Sandra are always thinking of fun ways to introduce the residents to each other. It's more like having your extended family living in close proximity. We have so much fun without having the prep work and cleanup.

We are loving our Living space & Community here at Joule La Floresta. Sandra, Yonis, & staff have been beyond helpful throughout our 1st year. We are very Happy to say that we are Renewing our Lease.

I've been living at this place for about almost 3 years now from the many places I lived in Orange County. This is one of the best place I lived in. The maintenance is great and the ladies in the office Hilary and Deana and Sandra are great.

Beautiful building! The apartments are bright and airy, tall ceilings, master bedroom is huge with a big walk-in closet. Well maintained amenities (pool, rooftop lounge with a great view, clubhouse, gym, etc), also love that they have a dog spa, super convenient. The building is really quiet and peaceful, everything always looks and smells clean. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat I honestly don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I've been living here for 2+ years and can validate that my experience has been nothing short of great I have a feeling people having issues with this complex and management may be people who aren't good neighbors, lack self awareness, or don't know how to resolve issues First off management is always doing their best to create a community. I keep updating this review because I am honestly getting a lot of really good service from the office and the facility team. I would give 4.5 stars but not an option. We recently moved out as we purchased a property and the staff was extremely helpful and fair. Here is my honest review with Joule La Floresta Apartments. I will break it down my experience from the staff, maintenance, neighbors, parking, my unit, and LASTLY FEES. But first, here's an overview. I have been living here since 2022 and nearing my end of 3rd year lease. My unit is 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor facing the pool area.
