Here is my honest review with Joule La Floresta Apartments. I will break it down my experience from the staff, maintenance, neighbors, parking, my unit, and LASTLY FEES. But first, here's an overview. I have been living here since 2022 and nearing my end of 3rd year lease. My unit is 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor facing the pool area. The front office and maintenance are superb. They take care of issues ASAP. Been living here for a year. Deanna, Sandra, and maintenance crew Nef and other gentlemen have been top talent staff. Always reply, attend to all requests. Our stay here has been magnificent.

I've lived here for 3 1/2 years and have enjoyed it ! Everybody is so nice and helpful if you need anything . Maintenance mgr. Nef is so helpful and there in a short time if you need help with anything . Sandra is so sweet , she has helped my Mom with heavy packages bringing them all the way to our Apt. Deanna & Hilary are always helpful and approachable as well ! I'll miss it here when I leave . Definitely will tell people about my good experience living here !!

My family has been here for a couple months and we can't recommend it enough! Sandra made the process of moving seamless and enjoyable. We've had a couple small maintenance requests and the maintenance guys are quick and so friendly. Couldn't recommend Joule La Floresta enough!

My husband and I are moving in this September 2024 and we couldn't be more excited. Sandra has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The location, amenities and beautiful aesthetics are worth a 5 star rating.

Loveeee this property. By far the best property in town. The team is always so nice and easy to work with. Thank you team for always being there for myself and all residents on-site. I will always refer my friends and family to live at Joule .
