Beautiful! Amazing apt spaces with lots of natural light, clean and beautiful amenities, and super dog friendly! The location is unbeatable - the complex has everything you need, from fitness studios to restaurants to Whole Foods! Staff is also friendly and cares about community-building. Shoutout Deanna, Hillary, Yonis, Sandra, and Nef!

Suite Life At The Joule Living at Joule has been nothing short of amazing. I started looking at this building last year and probably asked Deanna and Hillary enough questions to qualify for an honorary leasing license — but they were absolute gems. Amazing Apartment!! I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and I love it here!! ALWAYS clean. The sky lounge is so beautiful, pool area is always relaxing and the gym is always CLEAN! The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. Sandra is so sweet and always helpful with anything I need. Definitely would recommend living here!

10 out of 10 apartment I've been living here for a month now, and so far, I am very satisfied. The staff—Sandra, Deanna, and Naff—are so kind :) The apartment building is always clean, and it feels safe. Since moving here, I feel like my life has been upgraded.

Great apartment, great staff I've been living at Joule for almost 3 years now and the apartment has been well-maintained with constant updates and the staff always helpful. Sandra and Deanna in the office are friendly, helpful and efficient and never make you feel like you're bothering them. HIllary, the manager, is nice, professional and remains hands-on to help with any issues also. Gorgeous Apartment!! My few months here at Joule have been genuinely fantastic. I started looking at this building last year, and had several questions for Deanna. She was incredibly kind and patient, and gratuitously responsive to my requests. When I finally made the decision and moved in, I was met with more warmth and professionalism from Sandra and Nef. Clean and safe - lovely staff! We’ve lived here over 2 years now and love it here. The staff - Hillary, Deanna, Sandra, and Neff - are very attentive to our needs and super friendly. We love the different community events and activities they host throughout the year as well!

Great on site staff Hillary has a great team that is really responsive to tenant needs. Sandra, Deanna, and Nef are always there when we need them. Very convenient location and a pleasant neighborhood that is pretty quiet most of the time.
