Loveeee this property. By far the best property in town. The team is always so nice and easy to work with. Thank you team for always being there for myself and all residents on-site. I will always refer my friends and family to live at Joule .

First of all, I would like to thank Sandra and Deanna for helping us out through out the whole process. They were very responsive and professional. I love the apartments at Joul La Floresta and the amenities are super clean. I highly recommend you come to them for any assistance.

I took a tour of the apartments this week and they were beautiful. The leasing office smelled great and the lady that took me on the tour was super cool. I really wanted to live here. I just can not get over the $300 fee it would cost us for parking. So unfortunate.

When looking for a luxury living space "Joule La Floresta" is for you I've taken a tour of there empty unit and must say the property is worth it and I really have to thank their assistant community manager Deanna for being a wonderful person and very helpful with everything during my visit

I've lived here for almost a year now and just renewed my lease. I actually love living here. The staff is very nice. Hillary especially has been wonderful, anytime I have concerns she is so prompt to respond and I feel like she genuinely cares about the residents here and will truly help any issue I've had she's been super quick with a solution. I moved into Joule La Floresta in October 2025 expecting a luxury living experience. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite due to repeated maintenance failures and unresolved management issues. Recurring Leaks & Negligence: In less than three months, we experienced two major water leaks that required extensive construction inside our unit. Avoid this place at all costs. We are so glad that we have moved to Avalon in Brea! This complex is notorious for squeezing every penny from residents with bogus fees that aren't even in the lease. The management, particularly Hillary Wade and her sidekick Deanna , are the epitome of rude and unprofessional, hiding behind their fake concern while retaliating against anyone who speaks up. I had lived at Pearl/Joule with my daughter and pup for 3 years peacefully and happily.... Then Simpson group came and brought in the worst "community manager"-- ----Hillary Wade! Who Is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and inhumane person I have unfortunately had to communicate with!
