When looking for a luxury living space "Joule La Floresta" is for you I've taken a tour of there empty unit and must say the property is worth it and I really have to thank their assistant community manager Deanna for being a wonderful person and very helpful with everything during my visit

I've lived here for almost a year now and just renewed my lease. I actually love living here. The staff is very nice. Hillary especially has been wonderful, anytime I have concerns she is so prompt to respond and I feel like she genuinely cares about the residents here and will truly help any issue I've had she's been super quick with a solution. Avoid this place at all costs. We are so glad that we have moved to Avalon in Brea! This complex is notorious for squeezing every penny from residents with bogus fees that aren't even in the lease. The management, particularly Hillary Wade and her sidekick Deanna , are the epitome of rude and unprofessional, hiding behind their fake concern while retaliating against anyone who speaks up. I had lived at Pearl/Joule with my daughter and pup for 3 years peacefully and happily.... Then Simpson group came and brought in the worst "community manager"-- ----Hillary Wade! Who Is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and inhumane person I have unfortunately had to communicate with! Leasing manager is a jerk unnecessarily. Apartments are junkie and not well kept. Parking is a nightmare because of Whole Foods. Do not live here!

Moved out over 3 months ago and still have not been issued remaining balance check. Communication and follow up has been extremely poor. Communication and level of customer service did not make a difference living at the complex and leaving the complex.

EV charging parking is $150 + electric whatever you take, expansive!! And it's has been broken for over 2 months. Managing team does reply email, no answer for when it will be fixed.

While this complex offers a variety of features that are convenient and useful, a main concern is enforcing curfew hours. I don't understand how management can send a plethora of emails regarding trash bags needing to be in the proper containers or elevator maintenance updates but ignore the obvious noise after 10 PM. Living in this complex where the swimming pool and Clubhouse functions are centralized allows for amplification of noise which is inconvenient for people who work early hours. Since being bought out they really managed to go from luxury apartments to bad apartments in a nice neighborhood. Sucks to see such a great potential go downhill. We want the old pearl la floresta
