JT was very helpful in determining our qualifications for a home loan. We had our information in a few hours and she even offered ways that we could improve the current qualifications to receive better financing. Although our offer wasn't accepted on the house that we currently applied for, we are confident that JT will be the one that we call when we make another offer on a future home.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with J.T. at Mortgage Investors Group. She made me feel like I was her most important client and was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. Buying my first TN home was a quick and easy process even though I had a few challenges to work through. Everything was completed electronically and she had me ready to close early with minimal stress. J.T. offered great advice and guidance from beginning to end and continues to keep in touch.

I have done my last three mortgages with JT. She is great! She is very responsive, has a great team, and has taught me a lot about the mortgage process. They have all closed quickly without issues. I definitely recommend JT!I have closed purchase and refinance loans with JT.

We worked with J.T. to purchase our home in spring of 2014. J.T. showed us several options that we did not know were available to us and took the time to make sure we fully understood each. She helped us run numbers in different price brackets to ensure we were maximizing our budget. Overall, J.T. made the process speedy, easy and perfect.
