A few years ago it became apparent to me and my sisters that I needed to purchase my mother's home, due to her health, so she could continue to live there. It was a complicated process involving "gift" taxes and such. J.T. walked my sisters and me through everything we needed to do to be "legal" and all went very smoothly. When I decided to refinance this year, J.T. was who I turned to. She went to work right away and I was able to close in 3 weeks!

J.T. has handled several refinancings for me. I always appreciate how easy it is for her to take care of my needs - the only time I have had to leave my office was to sign final papers. She's patient and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I trust her implicitly! I highly recommend J.T. to everyone!

I had my house on the market for a year. During that time J.T. had completed all the necessary paperwork for houses that I was interested in, but of course those houses sold before I was able to sell mine. I took it off the market and did a lot of upgrades and it sold before I put it back on the market. This left me 30 days to find a new house and get all the paperwork done. Jennifer and Lisa were awesome throughout our first time buying experience. They never stopped giving us information that we needed and answered all our questions in a timely manner (email or phone). They have followed up and have made it known that they are here for us well after the closing date to answer questions.
