J.T. and her team were wonderful to work with throughout our entire mortgage loan process. JT helped me to achieve a goal almost 10 years in the making. After going through a period of unemployment and fighting with Countrywide, I didn't know if I would ever be able to own a home again. JT always made me feel optimistic during the process, and I appreciate all of her hard work.

My husband and I are first time homebuyers in Chattanooga TN. While J.T is based out of Knoxville TN, we were able to do everything electronically. She and her assistant Andrea made our first time home buying process so seamless. We were in touch almost every day via email or phone, and I never felt like any question I asked was dumb. I felt confident and comfortable working with J.T and her team. I would recommend her to anyone in the future and will use her if/when we buy another home in the future!

I was a first time home buyer and J.T. at MIG was recommended to me by my relator. I was super overwhelmed by the whole process but J.T helped walk me through each step making sure I had all the info I needed, when I needed it and that I knew all my options. She was always available if I had questions and was very on top of things which made me feel comfortable and in control of the process. I would highly recommend J.T!
