J.T. was professional and attentive. We were a bit of a handful, and we had a lot of surprises during our closing period (unexpected credit issues, moving closing dates, etc.), but J.T. was always a step ahead of us. She was easy to get a hold of, incredibly responsive, and a joy to work with. This is my second home purchase, and J.T. was head and shoulders better than my first mortgage broker. I can't recommend her highly enough.

J.T. and the folks at MIG were excellent for my wife and myself buying our first home. We had lots of questions coming in and they made us feel comfortable with this big decision. J.T. was also looking out for our budget, trying to get us the best deal in every situation.

JT handled our home loan and it went quickly and smoothly. She kept us updated at every point and always answered our many questions in a very timely manner. She really knows what she is doing and truly cares about you as a person. If we ever need to buy another home we will definitely call upon her to assist us.

JT and Andrea (her Assistant) were very helpful. They explained everything along the way making everything run very smooth. They were honest about any possible delays that could come up and they were very quick to respond to us when we had questions. Highly recommended!!
