I started my health journey in the fall of 2020 and couldn't have done it without JumpStart! I also started their BHRT program which has helped me sooooo much! When I first came to JSMD I was depressed. My blood sugar was high . My BMI was 27. And for the first time in 62 yrs , the scale screamed at me when I went to the doctor's office 199 lbs! Overdue review for the Burlingame office!! started my Journey about a year and a half with Afsi and I am very happy with the result. Attention to detail and step by step instruction helped me reach my goal. The staff are very nice and helpful the front office Summer is really good at what she is doing . Afsi and Jonica are always there to help and very knowledgeable . All and all I am very happy with the program and recommend it to anyone who wants to lose the weight and unable to do it by themselves.
