Long overdue shout out to the team at Jumpstart MD. My doctor recommended Jumpstart 5 years ago to help with some health issues. I thought it was a little pricey but it was well worth it! With their help I was finally able to understand how my body processes food and why certain foods create problems for me. About a year ago I had put on quite a few extra pounds as a result of the pandemic. I knew I had to do something about it, so I saw Priscilla Brown at Jumpstart MD (at both the Walnut Creek and Pleasanton offices) and within just a few months I had lost all of weight. It's been a year now and I have kept all of the weight off. I had a great experience there; the entire staff is helpful and supportive. I recommend Jumpstart highly!
As I began a new journey to lose weight I met Cyndi the NP who quickly became my weight loss ANGEL!! She has been my coach, helping me understand how to make different choices, coaching me all week on how to add vitamins, minerals, drink more water with electrolytes and overall showing how much she cares about how I'm doing. I had a wonderful experience with JumpstartMD in Walnut Creek. The office manager, counseling staff, & nurses are very supportive & positive. The plan is a keto based program, so know that going in. I'm not going to say it's easy but it has taught me a lot about what I eat, when I eat, & what I need to change to see long term results!

I love this place. Everyone from front desk to the top are wonderful friendly and supportive. All the coaches are amazingly positive but honest! It's just what I needed to drop the weight that crept up on me. Worth every penny.
