The Jumpstart BHRT program quite literally saved my life. Started Jumpstart 5 weeks ago, and am down over 20lbs. I was ready to get healthier, and feel better over all. The diet makes sense; and is easier than u may think. Not really a diet per se; but a mindful look on how u approach ur eating habits. A lot of what I did was habit, and a big part of that, is eating when u really aren't hungry. When it's time, it's time and I am so thankful for JumpstartMD. I am so happy with my results after only 1 month! I have lost almost 17 pounds. Alexis Kofoed along with the rest of the staff is amazing! So encouraging, so helpful, so thorough! I really like that they do testing in the beginning and go over the results with you. Great support system for reaching your weight goals. Weight loss s different for everyone, but in my case I really appreciate the individual attention and the regime they establish. The weekly visits are great and they verify your progress and what might not be working / or working for you particular circumstances.
