I also started this program to try to assist in losing weight since I was planning on knee replacement after 4 years of limping and prior surgeries that didn't resolve the issues. So if there are physical limitations to exercise, this program is definitely helpful. I lost 52 pounds in 10 months with the weekly shots, fentermine and getting accustomed to very low carb intake. Awesome. Staff was knowledgeable nice and encouraging . I seriously have tried everything nothing has worked until jumpstart. I lost 20lbs in 2 months. Would have continued but really expensive

My early experience with the staff at the Los Gatos location has been excellent. They are eager to see me succeed! I've just been signed up for coming up on the end of 2 weeks. So far, so good. Didn't have any dramatic changes like I had hoped, but will continue to plug away at it!

my feelings about jumpstartmd are mixed. there are positive, as well as, negative impressions. first the positive: the framework for the diet is great. if you can follow the regimen of drinking the required 60oz of water plus 40oz of other fluid, eating only the carbs and proteins which are allowed, and NOT indulge in any that are not allowed, you'll do great. if you're unable to follow this, then look elsewhere. fortunately for me, this is just what i needed, to be told what i can or cannot eat and how much of each, by mea... read more

I have only been on this program for a week but already I am feeling so much better in this one week then I have in years. I had stomach upset issues before I started, but now they have all seemed to disappear. I plan to keep on this program and lose this weight for good. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend everyone to go here if I could.

I was very excited to join Jumpstart and begin losing weight. Sadly, none of their promises came true. The staff is quite perky and very good at sticking to their scripts. They are not as good at looking at you as an individual person. The diet is totally keto, even though they say it's not. I was always hungry, tired, nauseous and constantly thinking about food: what to buy, how to track it, what to cook. But mostly, I felt ignored. Wow well since I was new, I didn't know who was the clinician and who wasn't. Nore did I read the fine print. That you had to see a clinician two times a month, for your PPO insurance plan, to reimburse you for 60% of your office visit. I'm very disappointed. The billing was not explain more clearly. Or I would have done everything to make sure I saw a clinician twice that month .
