Waste of money and time. I am terribly disappointed in this program. I am someone who came to Jumpstart looking for a tangible and a sustainable weight loss program. Unfortunately, I was met with an unattainable diet "plan" and diet pills. I was herded in and out of my appointments with little support. Jumpstart told me I would be on Keto without understanding my journey with food, weight gain, and weight loss. I've been doing this program for over a month and this is how I perceive it: No carbs High protein Eat very small amounts of food 5 times per day Drink a lot of water Take appetite suppressants (phentermine) See a "health coach" every week at their office and pick up your 7 phentermine pills for the next week $388 per month I definitely see how people lose weight. Taking phentermine makes you not eat, if you don't eat you will lose weight. I personally am not overly impressed and think it's insanely overpriced.
