Jumpstart is an amazing program! Everyone in the Burlingame office is super friendly. I have lost 13 lbs in my first month and feel GREAT. The weekly meetings hold me accountable and the clinicians are super supportive. I recommend this to anyone who wants to loose weight or even anyone who wants to better understand how their diet affects their body. Thank you to Alexis and Manny for all the help and guidance so far.

JumpstartMD changed my life. If this plan can work for me, anyone can do it. The staff/clinicians here are personable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. There is little room left for uncertainty with the thorough amount of information and explanations of the plan that are given. I have lost 80 pounds in 12 months. I struggled for 30 years with weight and was about to get the surgery as I was desperate. A coworker had success with Jumpstart MD so I luckily choose the Burlingame office to see what it was all about. Ann Marie has been the best support, mentor and advisor through this journey. I have been going to JumpStart since June and it's been amazing! Even when I can't stick to the plan or don't do as well as I would have wanted, the staff is supportive and will cheer you on to get back on track! Highly recommend the Burlingame location.

I have struggled with weight all my adult life, I enrolled in Jumpstart in April and by following the program 99.9 % I am almost at my goal weight 35 + lbs . I owe my success to the professional monitoring of the clinical staff: Anne Marie's instruction and coaching has been a key to my success. All the clinicians are professional and understanding. I look forward to the next phase of maintaining the weight loss.

Joining Jumpstart MD has been one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. I was feeling very tired and drained for awhile. I was not sure what was going on with me. I have been on the program for a while & love it.I have the best support system there & i look forward to go every week for my weigh in . Dr. Anne Marie aka Julia Roberts she resembles her so much is really involved on my progress . They all really care there about there clients. It is the best program ever!!! I highly reccomend it.

My doctor recommended JumpStart MD. I needed knee replacements and had to lose 50+lbs prior to surgery. Full blood work up + EKG before you start. Every week they check blood pressure, heart, and you get a nutritional injection (not drugs).
