first appointment I really felt comfortable with Dr. Heinzelmann. Didn't feel as comfortable with the assistant, don't remember her name but started with an M. I didn't really care for what was on the tv since already nervous about appt and will be nervous with future appts. But thank you Stacy for explaining of benefits and insurance coverage and was excellent

The only way it could have been better is if you'd served a large pepperoni pizza at the end! Jesse and I are always happy with the exceptional people and service at Dr. Heinzelmann's office. We care a lot about dental health and are very grateful to have such an excellent dental team available to us. Every hygienist has been wonderful, and the administrative staff make "going to the dentist" a pleasure ... really! The entire staff was professional, courteous and attentive. I can tell they take their patient's care very seriously. I was impressed. Dr. Heinzelmann was very thorough and took all the time necessary to explain, in detail, the recommended treatments. His staff was very friendly and attentive. It is very obvious they take great pride in spending quality time with their patients.
