Great experience My daughter had a phobia of going to the dentist after a very negative experience many years ago and we have come a long way in getting over it. She was very apprehensive about having her labial frenectomy but the staff and Dr. Heinzelmann were so professional and reassuring that it went very well and we will probably be back when it is time for her tooth implant in a few years.
I was having pain in my gum area and was referred there by my dentist. I called at 8 a.m. and had an appt an hour later. The staff are all really friendly and do a good job explaining in detail how the insurance would work with further treatment.
Best in class! I used to be scared to death of dentist because of previous experiences. Dr H and his staff took great care of me and made me feel safe. Going there now is like going to visit friends.
