I feel like I have been a patient for years and it was my first. Everyone was nice, patient, friendly and professional Dr. Heizelmann was patient and explained everything in detail so that I could understand and know what procedures would take place. He is also very personable. He is knowledgeable and made me feel confident. I am looking forward to my next visit. He has an awesome staff as well !!!

The best of a bad situation I was referred to Dr. Heinzelmann for an extraction after it was determined during a root canal that the tooth could not be saved. They were quick to fit me in the same afternoon. Everyone was very professional yet sincerely concerned for my physical and emotional health. Having never had a tooth extracted before (and a molar no less) I can say it was overall a horrible experience. Very Personable and Very High Quality Patient Care I have been a patient of Dr. Karl Heinzelmann for over 24 years. Over that period of time his office and staff have continued to provide me with the very BEST care I could amagine. In addition, they continue to strive to improve in any way that they can. All members of this practice are of VERY high quality and both friendly and personable. I cannot say enough about the friendly atmosphere and excellent patient care provided. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this practice!!

Great! Dr Heinzelmann has corrected an implant initially done by another oral surgeon I've never dealt with a more professional, friendly and cooperative office. The entire staff is super! I just couldn't be more laudatory.

My experience has been that your office is professonal, beyond expectations. I would never use the services of another oral surgeon, periodontist.I cannot imagine being more satisfied.

I can wait to go back but I don't mind going! I had my teeth cleaned and the experience was great. It was over before I knew it, but it does help when you are on a every 3 month schedule. The office is nice, the people are great and that helps make the cleaning experience better.
