Professionsl staff, friendly environment I went in to see Dr Heinzelmann about receding gums. This was for a second opinion. I had already seen another periodontist, but was not pleased with my visit. I also had to take my 5 year old daughter with me. Dr Heinzelmann was was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail my issues. He made me feel so much more comfortable with my needed treatment. He and his staff were so kind to my daughter. I have chosen Dr Heinzelmann for my care and treatment.

So far, so graet. The proposed procedures were well documented so I knew what to expect, the approximate costs, and when they would arise. This was the first step in a multi-step process. The discomfort during the procedures was minimal, The staff was thorough in explaining follow up care and it was well documented in the take home materials, so I could easily ensure that nothing was forgotten.

Coming to Dr. Heinzelmann's office is always a pleasant experience. All the employees are friendly and helpful. This was my first appointment with Renee who is a new hygenist. She was very confident and did an excellent cleaning. She was also pleasant to talk with and very courteous as well. Although I had the last appointment of the day she was in no rush to finish. Dr. Heinzelmann is always great, so no change there.
