Kathy makes the process so easy! She seems to make the impossible, possible! She explains anything and every question (which we had a lot) very patiently. And tells you exactly what to do to achieve the goal. She answers quickly and really makes you feel like you are the only one she’s working with. We never feel like she’s too busy for us because she is so quick to respond. There is truly no negative to working with her!

Kathy Cooley with American Pacific Mortgage has been taking care of all our mortgage needs for over 15 years. She has helped with refinancing and the recent purchase of a new home. Her knowledge of the product is vast and her communication can be as technical or as layman as we require.
