Kathy Cooley with American Pacific Mortgage has been taking care of all our mortgage needs for over 15 years. She has helped with refinancing and the recent purchase of a new home. Her knowledge of the product is vast and her communication can be as technical or as layman as we require. Our real estate agent had a lender that he always uses but we went with Kathy since we knew her, he was impressed with her work too. We always feel like she is taking care of us just like we were family.

Kathy has helped us 3 times now, purchasing a home and refinancing. She is very good at what she does, she will take you call, even in the evenings or she will get back to you right away. She never not returns your call! She is easy to talk to and makes sure you understand every step in the process. It has always been a pleasure to work with Kathy. You won’t be disappointed!

We have used Kathy once before and can't say enough good things. Quick and easy was the process. Always speedy,courteous and well explained. We were thoroughly pleased with the experience. She helped us do a refi in 2017 and take some equity out to get a boat we have really enjoyed and again in 2020.

I can’t recommend Kathy enough! We were first time home buyers and coming from a different and Kathy was so helpful along the way! We ended up needing to close much quicker than expected and Kathy did not disappoint! She is extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator.
