Kathy really carried me through the loan process as a first time home buyer and worked seamlessly with my realtor. All in all, things were easy and painless. She was always very responsive, checked in often and always answered the phone when I called. This was a great experience and I would recommend her!
Kathy Derangi deserves all five stars and more! She helped us with a long distance mortgage and was innovative, helpful, on top of the myriad of details that San Francisco and California require, participated in joint phone calls when insurance agent got balky, walked us through many a detail to make sure we understood, and, in short, she was GREAT to work with! We cannot imagine anyone being able to do a better job.
