Kathy was friendly and eager to help from the first phone call. She checked in regularly and kept me in the loop step by step. She worked diligently to find the best loan product out there for me and our circumstances. Kathy Derangi deserves all five stars and more! She helped us with a long distance mortgage and was innovative, helpful, on top of the myriad of details that San Francisco and California require, participated in joint phone calls when insurance agent got balky, walked us through many a detail to make sure we understood, and, in short, she was GREAT to work with! We cannot imagine anyone being able to do a better job.

As a first-time home buyer, I had a great experience working with Kathy. She was friendly and took an interest in the property I was buying, and she was always available to answer questions. She also kept an eye out for lower interest rates even after locking in my initial rate. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
Kathy is nothing short of exceptional. I had previously worked with Ken and thought anyone else could never compare to how great he is. Kathy and Ken must come from another planet because they equally work for you. It seemed like any day at any hour Kathy was available and quickly willing to help us out. We had a hiccup with the original seller and even though it was stressful, Kathy stayed positive and kept pushing on like it wasn’t a huge deal. I have told many people about Ken and Kathy.
