Kathy Derangi did a wonderful job with my refinance, and rolling my HELOC into my refinance. She was super responsive to emails and phone calls and she patiently answered any and all questions I had. She provided financial mock ups at the beginning of our transactions that I really appreciated. The process took a long time due to the pandemic and the flood of refinances, but she remained patient and in touch. I would highly recommend Kathy Derangi!
I have the patience of a gnat. And, the refi process is long with many requests for documents, credit reports, etc. and requires a lot of patience. Thankfully Kathy had enough patience for both of us. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
