I've worked with Guarantee Mortgage on many deals over the years, but this was the first time working with Kathy. It was an extremely positive experience. Kathy Derangi did a wonderful job with my refinance, and rolling my HELOC into my refinance. She was super responsive to emails and phone calls and she patiently answered any and all questions I had. She provided financial mock ups at the beginning of our transactions that I really appreciated. The process took a long time due to the pandemic and the flood of refinances, but she remained patient and in touch. I would highly recommend Kathy Derangi!
