Kathy was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She helped me understand the process before, during, and after my mortgage was finalized and was incredibly responsive to all of my questions.
Got the job done, handled some minor changes motivations. I just wish the broker was more proactive and helpful in the beginning of the process. We had to request information multiple tones that was important in our decision making process. I felt the broker did the bare minimum until she knew for sure we were going to refinance with her.
Kathy was great - always quick to respond, organized, promptly answered any questions we had, and she was always watching out for our best interests. We have great trust in her, and are confident she got us a great rate.
