Fantastic people Everyone in this dealership were super nice. Our salesman whose name was Joe spent a lot of time for my business and provided me many payment options . Even though it was a 2 hour drive from my home to keffer vw I'm pleased about my experience abd would recommend this dealership to my friends
2017 Jetta After a long and annoying process and some miscommunication... I am glad that Keffer VW did everything they could to make the situation right. I am very happy that I decided to lease a 2017 Jetta and I love it. They also went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted and they are even tinting my windows for me. Overall, I am happy despite some hiccups.
Amazing service I would love to give a shout out to John Malone for being an outstanding salesman. Although I never actually ended up buying a car from here, I would definitely purchase a car from here in the future.

Great Experience Daniel was fantasic to work with. Was not a high pressure sales guy and made sure that I was comfortable with the wntire buying process. I shopped around at other VW dealerships in Charlotte and Keffer was far and away the best.
It worked out My car salesman was Daryl Radford.During the sell of the vehicle,he went the extra mile to make sure I got it.Although it isn't protocol,he gave me his personal number for me to be able to communicate with him at any time during the process.Even after the sale,he told me to call if I needed him.What salesman does that?If you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Keffer VW,then ask for Daryl Radford.

I'm 750 miles away but have bought here twice Daniel Dicicco at Keffer has twice found the exact car I was looking for, at a price my extensive online research told me was more than fair. I'd turn to them again in a minute.

Great experience I purchased a used VW Tiguan from Keffer and had a good experience! Rick & Daniel were very helpful and made the process extremely smooth. I was also really please with Sean, the Finance Director. He is really efficient and made the loan process so simple. He responds to email so quickly and is very good at what he does.
