My favorite dealer Five new car purchases in the past four years from Keffer VW. Rick Holland and Austin Floyd are first class, no hassles, and will work hard to get the terms you need. Sean Bartol has handled four finance transactions for us and always no surprises. Sales and service departments are first rate. I can't wait until the new Atlas and redesigned Tiguan arrive at the dealer, but I love my new Alltrack.
Darryl Radford - Best Salesman ever! I went into the dealership with the intention of only test driving the Passat, I had 2 other cars I wanted to test drive. After driving it and receiving the best customer service from Darryl, I made the decision to have him give me a price, so that I could compare. The price Darryl quoted me was about $50 more then I wanted to spend, but he was worth the extra money. I will never buy another car from anyone other than Darryl Radford.

Another great buying experience! This is my second VW purchase from Keffer VW in two years. Terrific experience! Keeley from Keffer Volkswagen called us about an inquiry on a pre-owned van. We had been looking for a used Toyota with low mileage for over a month and had been very frustrated by the experience and the pushiness at other dealerships. Best car buying experience EVER!!! This has been the greatest car buying experience I have ever encountered. Everyone down to the manager was very caring and concerned about meeting all my needs in the vehicle I wanted. I didn't leave the dealership with something I didn't want.
