great sales experience I purchased a 2017 Jetta GLI from Jeff at Keffer VW in Huntersville. Jeff was a great sales person. He took his time explaining the features of the car and making a deal with me. I also said that I want to be out of there quick and he basically was running to get everything done to have me out of there quickly. He was also gracious enough to drive 45 minutes one way on a Friday evening to deliver the car to me. Thanks Jeff.

2015 VW Golf Sportwagen TDI My wife and I went to look at a Golf Sportwagen they had on their website that had been fixed since the diesel recall. They ended up giving us a fair trade on my wifes car and we decided to purchase the car. The buying experience was seamless and quick. No complaints about the actual process or the people we dealt with. Love my Passat. I went in to "look" at a Passat, with no intention of buying. I enjoyed the experience, and after a little negotiation, I was offered a deal I could not refuse. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I sincerely enjoyed them and I am loving my new Passat. Make sure to ask for Tanisha Hampton!

Efficient and Stress-free Looking for a new vehicle, I had been to five other dealerships before Keffer. Each visit took hours just to test drive and go over features. One guy even took 20 minutes to go retrieve a business card for me! Keffer was a "breath of fresh air". I came after work and was greeted by Rick Holland in sales. He was thorough but kept things moving along. He altered the normal test drive route so I could try out different road conditions. President Joe Matanovic has been working with me for over a year to buy the 2015 Golf TDI's. He kept in touch with me thru the whole process and when VW released them, he got me in there and I bought 4 Golf TDI wagons and one Alltrac. My only regret in the whole transaction is could only get 4 in the model I wanted.

Walked away with a Jetta I wish there was more than 5 stars! Pulled up a car online and called the dealer, Jeff Hayden had the car waiting in the service dept for us to look over since the weather was terrible outside. Jeff was not pushy like some car salesman can be. He was very familiar with VW, and answered any question I may have had. Test drove the vehicle and was happy with it. Great customer service from Darryl and Rick Darryl helped me through the process of choosing a new Passat, listened to my concerns and made recommendations. We finally agreed on price, and I asked him to throw in a VW cap. Next day his colleague Rick ordered me the hat I wanted. Entire staff is good to work with.
