Stay away horrible customer service Just trying to get information on a truck that I found online spent 2 days just trying to get someone to call me since I live out of state. When you try to call it doesn't even go to dealership they won't connect you to anyone won't discuss numbers just try to tell you just come in by far the worst customer service I have ever received. You would think people in sales would actually try to sell you something. Now after reading reviews I understand why they won't email over pricing info.
Buyer beware Was looking to buy vehicle long distance. I was working with Tesla who was very helpful and patient showing me the vehicle and answering all my questions. They agreed to hold vehicle once I booked flight which I did. I requested a cost workup which Tesla worked late to provide and that’s when I found out about the $2900 protection package that I learn from these comments is a common thing. Keffer VW is the worst! Keffer VW is the worst. The salesman Brian Wiles is a liar and a crook. He is low, even among shady car salesman. The dealership management is a joke. Stay far away from Keffer VW.
forgotten anti thief lug nut was missing 2022 vw gti purchased in 02/22, went to NY and had a flat tire, found out that they forgot to give me the anti-thief lug nut, towed!! to Ithaca NY 35 miles away to remove the lug nut and change the tire this place is a con!

go elsewhere went to go and look at a vehicle test drove the car when I first started my online deal my quote came in lower then the price they told me. To add to the this the salesman tried to tell me that they added extra protection program to a vehicle that doesn't need a protection program, do your homework, I bought vehicles from VW Huntesville in the past but will take my business elsewhere its too bad really. their ads are misleading.
finance department is a joke Our salesman Brandon was amazing! But that was the end of the pleasant experience for this company. once we got to the office to sign the paperwork it went downhill and it went downhill fast. Due to the woman we were partnered with for our paperwork, Wendy, we have had to sign 3 different contracts.
