Me and my friends went there for a breakfast brunch for one of our friends. We had got a table for 14 people and some of our friends were a little late but none the less they were on there way. Nobody had informed us that we were not allowed to hold tables for people that WERE coming. Our 1st server by the name of Leslie kept asking us and watching over us till we finally gave in to what she wanted and started ordering our food without everyone being there. The food here disappointed me so much, I got a chicken Cesar wrap and it was so small. Not to mention that they will charge you $2 extra to get French fries instead of the kettle chips the plate comes with. It was bland and not tasteful, nothing special. My cousin got a burger and again, nothing special. Will not recommended.
I've gotten great service here before but this visit was quite disappointing. It took at least 15 minutes for the server to show up on my table. i asked for a glass of tea while I was waiting for my girlfriend. She brought the tea and then basically disappeared. I never saw her again. I finally had to flag down another server and someone else was assigned to our table. This place is below average and the service is terrible. Workers here don't know how to explain themselves.. had really hard time communicating. They ordered extra stuff on top of my tab that I did. Or order...
Food is OK. The smell of this place kills me. They need a lot of work controlling the smells. Work on cleanliness as well please.
Got eggs Benedict, which is all about texture and getting the eggs poached properly. Completely overcooked with hard yolk. It could have been good if the cooked it right. When the server asked if the food was good and I showed the overcooked eggs, they just said better overdone than underdone - we never get those right. Didn't offer to correct or get me something else. I hate the eggs overcooked and just ate the home fries and muffin. Not sure I'll go back
Food was decent, service was fine, but the waitress got many of our dishes wrong. My mother wanted the egg white omelette with sausage on the side, but it was chopped up and placed inside the omelette. I ordered a side of PORK sausage, the waitress clearly asked me if I wanted pork or turkey and I stated pork. But got turkey instead. Went with my daughter. Not as good as the location on N. Dale Mabry. Hashed Browns were not cooked all the way. I asked for extra onion and they barely saw the grill. My daughter got the chicken tenders and they were dry and tasteless. Her sweet tea had a piece of bacon fat in it. Not sure what the difference is but the other location is 5 star.
It goes without saying that their food is delicious. However our recent visit was so uncomfortable it makes me hesitate about going back. I husband and I got there before our other two friends who are joining us so we got sat at a table of four. Our friends we're just a few minutes behind us but there was an accident that delayed them about 15 minutes.
