Today me and boyfriend went to eat breakfast at the Citrus Park location. It was busy that's fine we waited 30 minutes for our table. Once we sat down it was 11:23 we ordered our food we did not receive our food till 12:00 when we let the manager know about this he began arguing with us saying that isn't possible and he was very confrontational and unprofessional. This restaurant does not serve good breakfast food, service was horrible and the place was not even packed. When I received the food today 10/26/17 it was ice cold and the excuse given to me by server was it must be the weather. I had to ask for refill on coffee which by the way was very water down. The french toast was a lightly toasted brioche slice bread not actual french toast (waffle house serves better french toast).
