My son Reilly who is autistic just got a job at Kekes Citrus Park location Unfortunately new management has decided Reilly was not a "good fit" after 2 1/2 days of work. What makes this situation even more frustrating is Reilly received great feedback on the days he worked, was promised 2 full weeks of training and an employee would be assigned to teach him the busing position. Keke's has a good brand and the food is always decent. Their staff, however, could use more training in customer service. Why 2 stars? The hubby and I went here today for brunch and the wait was not took long. I don't think we waited longer than 5 minutes. Now granted, it was after 1pm and people were still coming in. We've tried coming in there a handful of times and everytime there is a ridiculous wait time. This time we called ahead and were told 5 min wait which was perfect because we were just pulling up around the corner. We put our name down and are told 20 minute wait. 25 minutes later our buzzer goes off and we rush a block down, because we went into another store to browse, and were told they set our buzzer off incorrectly and that there were still 2 people ahead of us. The omelet was good. Toast was not toasted and very limp. The potatoes tasted old and reheated...with old oil. The service was very good and the waitress was kind.

Sorry to say, this citrus location is a hit and miss one. We went there on a Sat. morning. Yes busy, but do not think they make exceptions for weekend traffic. We were seated after a few min. wait. We ordered drinks, got them timely. Then it was down hill from there. Took awhile for us to get our order. Probably one of the worse run restaurants I've ever been to. Staff is amazing and willing to go above and beyond for their guests. I've had many different waitresses and waiters here and no matter the day they are always what make my experiences great. However, I have noticed that management is not only rude but disrespectful to their staff. On a busy day it can get quite load in the restaurant and I could STILL hear the managers yelling and not saying very nice words either. I didn't only hear this once. Good food and the manger Julio is amazingly kind. Our server was solid too. The only thing is that several servers - but especially this ytfuqboi - felt it appropriate/professional to discuss whether my girlfriend is a woman within earshot of both of us and effectively made eating here a pretty unfortunate experience at theCitrus Plaza location

Today me and boyfriend went to eat breakfast at the Citrus Park location. It was busy that's fine we waited 30 minutes for our table. Once we sat down it was 11:23 we ordered our food we did not receive our food till 12:00 when we let the manager know about this he began arguing with us saying that isn't possible and he was very confrontational and unprofessional. This restaurant does not serve good breakfast food, service was horrible and the place was not even packed. When I received the food today 10/26/17 it was ice cold and the excuse given to me by server was it must be the weather. I had to ask for refill on coffee which by the way was very water down.
