Best breakfast we've ever had! Our server nick was the best and pointed us at the best meals on the menu not to mention being great at his job. There is a huge selection and everything is made fresh! The owner even came over to ask us about the food and experience=A++ The food was DELICIOUS!!!! If your ever in the Sarasota/ siesta key area it is worth every minute of the trip to keke's and worth every penny!

The good, the bad, and the ugly: Great breads and fruit. I imagine their waffles and pancakes would be great, although I did not order any. What I did have was an omelette and it was truly horrible. Do you know that burned egg taste? That was the overwhelming flavor on the omelette. It's way too thin, and it simply tastes like burnt plastic.

I would not recommend this restaurant. Seasoned potatoes were lukewarm and eggs Benedict was tasteless. By the time staff came to check on us we were finished and had to get on the road home.

very weak and bland coffee for $4.00 a cup (more than Starbucks), the french fries were room temperature they were cold. Three of us stopped in for a quick breakfast. It was over 70 bucks.?

This was our first time here. There was a lot of hype about this place and I even had a friend that worked here but we never indulged into the cuisine until now. The service I will say was great from the moment we stepped into the door no doubt. The cafe vibe was immediately noticed but the food was I'd say right in the middle depending on your palate you could go either direction of good or not so good so for me it was okay. Ordered eggs Benedict with the whites cooked and was told by the waiter that they come out at the cooks discretion. They came out runny and the potatoes were cold. The waiter did not offer to recook them but the manager did. I expect a lot more for a $15 breakfast with a $4 coffee.

So disappointed. Our 1st time visiting and really looked forward to trying this restaurant. We were greeted and seated right away as they weren't busy, at all. We placed our order for coffee which was served promptly. I asked our server for a few minutes to look over the menu since we had never visited. I used to go to Keke's whenever I was in Orlando before they moved to Sarasota. It was a delight. Sine then, every visit seems to make me less of a fan. Today was no different and I most likely will not visit again. My husband and I visited the Clark Rd location today. Our wait for a table was only about 10 min which was great. I can't even give Keke's on Clark Road in Sarasota one star. I got violently ill 3-4 hours after eating there! Food poisoning. Ended up in urgent care after 12 hours of vomiting through the night. Friends with me ordered the pancakes and sent them back because they tasted like "rancid oil"! I had the Greek omelette and potatoes (maybe fried in the same rancid oil. Just don't go there.
