Returned for another try after waking out the first time a few months ago and we were disappointed again. The place is big, all booths which is nice and wait times are short. 1st visit we order breakfast, both dishes come out at room temperature and the cheese was left off a sandwich. Tell the waitress the plates are cold and the sandwich didn't have cheese on it. She brings back the same exact plate with a cold slice of cheese. Absolutely the worst place I've ever eaten breakfast at. Could not finish a basic omelette it was so dry. Maybe some type of eggs from a carton? Tons of managers bumping into each other but our breakfast order took almost 45 minutes. No basics on the table. Had to ask for salt and pepper , was given one salt and one pepper packet. Is this for cost savings? Regardless the salt and pepper didn't help the food. I could go on but really stay home and cook your own breakfast!
Worst service ever!!! Ordered a Egg and cheese sandwich WITH home fries and never received the fries. Waitress has an attitude problem every time i ask a question. The egg sandwich was a disappointment as i bit into it and it exploded everywhere. They even put it on a small plate. Won't come back until they have better service
Only good I can say the waiter was very good. Greasy and under-cooked potatoes. Fake eggs and tasteless sausage...cheese-whiz both kinds of cheese. Spongy rye toast. Save the overpriced waste of money. Kappy
The food was very underwhelming. Both my daughter and I ordered waffles and they were extremely pale and not crispy like you'd expect. It was not busy so it wasn't like a turn and burn situation, but just get lacking.
Food was delicious, waffles were out of this world delightful!! Food was on time and amazing! I loved the food so much and would definitely go back for the food, however our customer service experience was below subpar. What a bad costumer service's. it was my first time eating at Keke's, I order a Bacon, tomato's and cheese omelet to go with a pancake chocolate chips, once they hand me my other I decide to eat inside. I wait for minutes for someone to asigne me a table,I try the omelet and it was buffalo chicken inside!! It was spicy, imagine if I were allergic. Anyways they offer me a Bacon, tomato and cheese omelet, right away. But it was to late to eat it. I waste 40 minutes trying to get breakfast with my girlfriend and her mom.
My meal was great, I come here at least twice a month for brunch with friends and I am always satisfied. Although, this afternoon I was seated in the section of an extremely rude and thief of a waitress. After forgetting one item from each of our orders, she rolled her eyes and continued to ask another waiter to bring the food to our table whilst continuing to speak poorly about us when we were nothing but respectful and sweet customers, per usual. No stars ver disappointed eggs are not scrambled but omelet style and rubber pancakes are large and was one of the hot items that arrived at my table but the 2 waffles we ordered was cold and could not melt butter and hard to cut almost a cardboard when the server asked about the meal we tried to give a response as she walked away not caring to see that we was displeased to say the least.
