This Kekes was SO stingy with the toppings, NEVER in any of my Kekes experiences have we ever been tried like this. When I asked the manager to come over and I showed her this photo of how the waffle looks at every other Kekes we go to she said this is how the district managers told them to serve the waffle, it literally says on the create a combo that you can choose a specialty waffle for an additional fee so I don't understand why it came out like this and why she told me that bc I didn't believe what she said. We just had breakfast there, and it wasn't our first time. We'll probably never go back though. Our coffee was extremely weak, and when we mentioned it to the server, she said corporate controls that and they aren't asked to change the calibration on the grinder. She also said that people complain about that all the time, so she said she wouldn't charge us for it.

No one should wait 30 minutes for a breakfast order in an uncrowded restaurant. The coffee was not hot to begin. The waiter was attentive and pleasant, but did not make the weight any more acceptable. For a breakfast place they should know how to make a proper omelette. The ingredients were fresh, however, it was a scramble and not a field omelette. The Panini, my friend had was served on regular bread that was grilled. Food is tasty and the omelette are full plate size. The waffles and pancakes options are endless with an assortment of toppings to choose from; however, note that the fruits are in compotes that are overwhelmed in sugar. Plenty of parking within this Publix shopping center. Here are the areas for improvement at this location. Service is so very, very slow. Once we got seated it took 20 minutes for the server to come and ask what we would like to eat, it took 50 f***ing minutes for our food to come out definitely not worth it. Very disappointing and even got our food wrong. Waste of time if you're hungry

Service and decor in this place is really good. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes the pancakes are good and other times it's raw in the middle. Prices are on the tad high side, but that just might be a thing going on right now I come here for a personal reason, but if I didn't have that reason, I would venture to another breakfast/lunch place.

We gave Keke's a second chance after having a very poor first experience. Unfortunately, this was the last time we'll return. The first time our order was incorrect, arrived cold, and the issue was not corrected properly or to our satisfaction. I would like to think it was a bad day, but on our second visit our food was all cool/cold as well. Mistakes happen, but two experiences receiving cold food is unacceptable.
